How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every attempt to ship your order within 1-2 business days, and our Domestic Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 days, so you should receive your order in abut 5-6 days. You should allow extra time during the Holidays and other peak times for the Post Office.

Can I return or exchange an item?
If you don't like your merchandise for any reason, whether wrong fit, color, or it just wasn't what you wanted, you may exchange it or return it for a full refund within 30 days with no questions asked. Just email us so we can give you a reference number. Items must be new, unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. Original invoice must accompany returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged merchandise.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
We can try to cancel or modify your order after you submit it if you contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 24 hours so please contact us immediately.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. Credit card payments are processed through industry standard SSL security layer.

What is Drop-Ship Service?
We participate with our manufacturers in a drop-ship programs which allows our products to be shipped directly from our manufacturers' warehouses to you, the customer.  Products are usually available for shipment within one business day.

What is the difference between natural and organic cotton?
Natural cotton is grown conventionally but is not processed with harsh chemicals (such as chlorine bleach and various dyes). Organic cotton is not only unbleached and undyed, but is also grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. It is produced in a facility that is certified for purity so that you can be assured that you are getting the best for you and the environment. Organic cotton sherpa is made from a heavy knit terry that is napped, tumbled and tip sheared, resulting in a pebble-like fleecy texture. It is incredibly cozy, absorbent and warm. It provides a completely natural and chemical-free filling material.

What is organic wool?
Organic wool is a product of animals that are nourished with certified organic food and the use of synthetic hormones, pesticides, and genetic engineering is strictly prohibited. People are less likely to suffer from sensitivities as wool is naturally resistant to bacteria, mold and mildew. Wool is a natural insulation that is warm in cool weather and cool in warm weather and also keeps moisture away from your body. Wool is also a natural flame retardant as it extinguishes itself when touched with flames. Wool is cushiony soft to relieve pressure points and muscle aches therefore promotes a deep and restful sleep.
