Shipping Policy:

In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days.  Special orders, custom items and merchandise that ship directly from the manufacturer may take up to several weeks.

Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $6.95 per order (with the exception of larger, heavier items which require additional shipping charges such as mattresses).*

Orders over $100.00 qualify for FREE SHIPPING** ( before shipping) by USPS.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS.  We do not ship to PO boxes.

International shipping charges available upon request.

Purchases shipped within the state of Indiana or sent to Indiana will be charged 7.0% sales tax.

*Does not apply to international orders.

**Domestic orders only:  Please select Priority Mail, USPS option in shipping method to qualify for Free Shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy: 

Time Availability: All returns and exchanges must be done within 60 days from purchase in order to receive credit back to your credit card.  All returns over 60 days will be assigned an In Store Credit ONLY. (Credits may take up to 30 days to process).  A 20% restocking fee will be charged if not in package.

Policy: ALL returns and Exchanges must be UNUSED, UNWASHED AND UNDAMAGED (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc.) with the original packaging.  Items must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange form which is included in your package at the time of shipment or printed from the internet.  To return damaged items, you will need to contact customerservice@earthlybeginnings.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
